ইলুমিনাতি
দ্য ইলিউমিনাটি একটি গুপ্ত সংগঠন। ১৭৭৬ সালের ১ মে ব্যাভারিয়া তে অ্যাডাম ওয়েইশপ্ট এই সংগঠন টি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। ইলুমিনাতি শব্দের অর্থ "যারা কোনো বিষয়ে বিশেষ ভাবে আলোকিত বা জ্ঞানার্জনের দাবী করে" অথবা "বিজ্ঞান বিষয়ে বিশেষ জ্ঞান সম্পন্ন কোনো দল"।
অ্যাডাম ওয়েইশপ্ট একজন জেসুইট ছিলেন । পরে ব্যাভারিয়ার ইংগোল্স্তাদ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে খ্রিষ্টান ধর্মীয় বিষয়ে শিক্ষক হিসেবে যোগ দেন। কিন্তু পরবর্তীকালে তার হাতেই গড়ে উঠে এই ইলুমিনাতি। অনেকেই ধারণা করে থাকে যে ইলুমিনাতি এর সৃষ্টির পিছনে মূল ভূমিকা পালন করেছে ফ্রিম্যাসন্স রা। ক্যাথলিক খ্রিষ্টান দের চোখে ইলুমিনাতিরা ষড়যন্ত্রকারী হিসেবে পরিগণিত হয়। অনেকের মতে এরা নতুন বিশ্ব ব্যাবস্থা গড়ে তোলার পরিকাঠামো নিয়ে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।ড্যান ব্রাউন রচিত এঞ্জেল্স অ্যান্ড ডিমন্স উপন্যাস প্রকাশের ফলে এই সংগঠনটি আধুনিক কালে আবার আলোচনার কেন্দ্র বিন্দুতে পরিণত হয়।

ইলুমিনাতি প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয় ১ মে,১৭৭৬ সালে ,ইঙ্গলস্তাদত(উচ্চ বাভারিয়া) এ। এটি প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন খ্রিস্ট ধর্মে দীক্ষিত অ্যাডাম ওয়েইশাপুত,যিনি ছিলেন ইঙ্গলস্তাদত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় এর "ক্যাথলিক গির্জা আইন" বিভাগের প্রথম লে(কোন নির্দিষ্ট বিষয়ে বিশেষজ্ঞ নন) অধ্যাপক , সংগঠনটি সাজানোর মাধ্যমে।এর সর্বপ্রথম সদস্য ৪ জন।
